When you want a fun-packed vacation, with lots to see or do, you should choose Disneyland or DisneyWorld in Florida. During peak season they both have nightly entertainment, and on the off-season, they both offer weekend entertainment. Get More Out of Your Disneyland Vacation With FastPass You don't want to spend your entire Disneyland Vacation standing in long lines. This can be avoided by using Disneyland FastPass. FastPass can be obtained from machines located near the rides that accept FastPass. In this way you can get a time when you return to the ride at a certain time and at which point you would move to the front of the line. While waiting for that time to occur, you can go and enjoy the other rides and entertainment. In order to get a FastPass ticket, you must have your Disneyland ticket. But once you get FastPass for the ride you want, it will give you an hour's time frame in which to come and move to the front of the line, for example from 11am to 12pm or 3pm to 4pm. As long as you arrive within that time, you can go to the front of the line of that ride. FastPasses at Disneyland are available for many rides like , Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, and many more. Fantasmic is held twice each night during the peak season, and on weekends during the off-season. The show takes place on Tom Sawyer's Island, and features many characters, music, and fireworks. For the best seating possible, purchase tickets for Fantasmic in advance, but note that free seating is also available, and is included in your Disneyland park admission price. When at Disneyland, don't forget to catch one of the two shows of The Parade of Dreams. This parade has large floats beautifully decorated and many Disney characters will be on board. Three times the whole parade stops and a great choreographed show happens. Don't miss seeing the Snow White musical in Fantasyland Theater. You won't need reservations for the show since it happens several times through the day. If you or your kids love Snow White, be sure to be there. Only a few of the shows you can see at Disneyland are mentioned, and entertainment goes on constantly, with always new things coming along. But you can always count on the fireworks show on your Disneyland vacation! It happens every night just before the closing of the park for the day. Don't miss it. When you watch the fireworks, try to catch the view from the front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. But if you have to leave earlier, you may still be able to see them from your hotel.
