There is always something to see or do at Disneyland or DisneyWorld in Florida, but Disneyland and DisneyWorld adds to this with nightly entertainment during the peak season, and weekend entertainment during the off-season. There is also special entertainment during special occasions, such as the Fourth of July and Christmas. Get a FastPass to Get More Out of Your Disneyland Vacation Get FastPass to avoid the long lines where you can end up spending all your valuable time. You can get these at machines by the rides that accept FastPass. You won't go to the front of the line right away but will schedule a time to return, at which point you will move to the front and avoid waiting. Meanwhile you can go and enjoy other rides and fun in the park. You have a whole hour leeway in arriving at the ride for which you have a FastPass. In other words, if your time says 12pm to 1pm, you can return to the ride anytime between 12 and 1 to move to the front of the line. In order to get your FastPass, you must have your Disneyland ticket available. FastPasses at Disneyland are available for many rides like , Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, and many more. Included in your admission price is free seating at Fantasmic, a show taking place on Tom Sawyer's Island. This fun show has music and fireworks and features popular characters. You can purchase tickets for better seating, as well, but get them early. The Parade of Dreams features large colorful floats accompanied by many Characters. This parade takes place twice each day. During the parade, the entire parade will stop three times to do a choreographed show, and most of the Disney Characters are portrayed in the Parade of Dreams. You will love to catch the musical of Snow White in the Fantasyland Theater. It is held a number of times every day so you won't need reservations. Only a few of the shows you can see at Disneyland are mentioned, and entertainment goes on constantly, with always new things coming along. But you can always count on the fireworks show on your Disneyland vacation! It happens every night just before the closing of the park for the day. Don't miss it. When you watch the fireworks, try to catch the view from the front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. But if you have to leave earlier, you may still be able to see them from your hotel.
