When you want a fun-packed vacation, with lots to see or do, you should choose Disneyland or DisneyWorld in Florida. During peak season they both have nightly entertainment, and on the off-season, they both offer weekend entertainment. Get More Out of Your Disneyland Vacation With FastPass You don't want to spend your entire Disneyland Vacation standing in long lines. This can be avoided by using Disneyland FastPass. FastPass can be obtained from machines located near the rides that accept FastPass. In this way you can get a time when you return to the ride at a certain time and at which point you would move to the front of the line. While waiting for that time to occur, you can go and enjoy the other rides and entertainment. You have a whole hour leeway in arriving at the ride for which you have a FastPass. In other words, if your time says 12pm to 1pm, you can return to the ride anytime between 12 and 1 to move to the front of the line. In order to get your FastPass, you must have your Disneyland ticket available. FastPasses at Disneyland are available for many rides like , Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones, and many more. Included in your admission price is free seating at Fantasmic, a show taking place on Tom Sawyer's Island. This fun show has music and fireworks and features popular characters. You can purchase tickets for better seating, as well, but get them early. When at Disneyland, don't forget to catch one of the two shows of The Parade of Dreams. This parade has large floats beautifully decorated and many Disney characters will be on board. Three times the whole parade stops and a great choreographed show happens. You will love to catch the musical of Snow White in the Fantasyland Theater. It is held a number of times every day so you won't need reservations. Only a few of the shows you can see at Disneyland are mentioned, and entertainment goes on constantly, with always new things coming along. But you can always count on the fireworks show on your Disneyland vacation! It happens every night just before the closing of the park for the day. Don't miss it. When you watch the fireworks, try to catch the view from the front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. But if you have to leave earlier, you may still be able to see them from your hotel. And if you are at Disneyland on the Fourth of July, well, you will just have to experience it to believe it! Or you can simply find out when popular shows are going to happen, and plan your trip with those in mind.
